배우자비자인터뷰

미국 대사관에서  배우자비자인터뷰가 있었다.

인터뷰예약이 잡히자마자 연세세브란스에서 신체검사 예약 4월12일 신촌에서 대니와 만나서 오래간만이 

모교에 들러 구경도 하고 일주일후에 검사지를 받았다. 

그외 대니와 내가 필요한 서류들.  

생각보다 간단했다. 

 

다만 미대사관에서 아침 8 시 대니가 쉬는 날로 약속을 잡아 새벽 5 시부터 일어났다. 

전날 해둔 주먹밥을 난 먹고 대니는 안먹고 

6시출발 휴 

아침시간이라 8 시 간신히 도착 맨 꼴찌 번호 

장장 3시간여 기다려 인상좋은 영사와 인터뷰시작

 

 

. (If your spouse is a Korean citizen, you should submit three different Certificates; Certificate of Marital Status, Certificate of Family Relation, Basic Certificate, all Certificates must be accompanied with English translation.)

*             If the beneficiary has children from another relationship, birth certificates for these children must be submitted also.

*             Fee of $420 dollars (please check www.uscis.gov for current I-130 fees before coming to your appointment). Payment may be made with Won or U.S. dollars, and postal money orders. Proper identification, a local address or telephone number may be requested for money orders. Certified checks are not accepted. The Embassy cashier will not accept personal checks.

* On the day you file the petition, your petition will be reviewed for completeness and verification of information provided. If there are any concerns, you will be referred to an Immigration Officer who will go over the petition with you and your spouse.

 

혼인관계증명서Along with the I-130 petition, you must also submit originals of;

- I-130 신청서와 함께, 당신은 (아래의) 원본서류들을 또한 제출해야 합니다.

* your marriage certificate

- 당신의 결혼 증명서

* proof of U.S. citizenship/lawful permanent residence card

- 미국 시민권이나, 합벅적인 영구거주증 증거

* proof of termination of any prior marriage(s)

- 기존 결혼에 대한 종료 증명서 (즉 결혼한 적이 있으면, 이혼했다는 증거)

* photographs, one for yourself and one for your spouse to be attached along with the From G-325A

(biographic information). please note that failure to provide complete and accurate information could result in a delay in processing the petition and subsequent immigrant visa.

- 사진들, 하나는 본인 사진과 하나는 G-325A(생물학적 정보를 포함하는)에 함께 첨부될 당신의 배우자 사진

완벽하고 정확한 정보를 제공하지 못할시에는 신청내용 처리의 지연이나 관련 이민비자를 받지 못할 수도

있음을 인지해 주십시오.

*birth certificate of your alien spouse ( if your spouse is a korean citizen, you should submit three

different certificate of registers; certificate of marital status, certificate of family relations, Basic certificate;

all certificates must be accompanied with english translation.) if your spouse is not a korean Citizen, and she is here in Korea, you must also provide a copy of her passport.

- 당신의 외국인 배우자 출생증명서 (만약 당신의 배우자가 한국시민이라면, 당신은 3개의 각기 다른 등록증명서를 제출해야 합니다. 그 증명서는 결혼증명서, 가족관계증명서, 기본증명서이고, 모든 증명서는 영문으로 번역된 것이어야 합니다.  만약 당신의 배우자가 한국시민이 아니고 여기 한국에 있따면, 당신은 그녀의 여권 사본을 또한 제출하여야 합니다.)

* if you provide copies of all your documents, the originals will be returned to you. We are not obligated to make copies for you.

-  당신이 당신의 관련 서류 사본을 모두 제출하면, 원본은 다시 귀하께 돌려드릴 것입니다. 귀하를 위한 사본을 따로 만들어 들이지는 않을 것입니다.

 

이민국의 감시를 2년 동안 받는 것은 아닙니다만 일단 입국 후에 임시 영주권을 받게 되고 영주권을 받은 후에 2년이 되기 90일 전에 일반 영주권을 위해 i-751양식을 신청할 시에 두 분이 함께 결혼생활을 한 기록을 준비하여 제출해야 합니다. 이러한 기록으로는 임대차 계약, 은행 기록, 세금 신고 기록, 자녀 출산 등 결혼을 실제로 했음을 입증하는 자료를 준비하면 됩니다.
