Muffin Woman

 I'm very hungry every night. But I am so cold that I can't get out to buy cookies.

Therefore I 'm going to make muffin. Perhaps This is the first cookig introduced by homie The hot cake and muffin is very easy cooking ^^. especialy muffin.... Of course, after making the muffin it's made me happy more.

Ingredient ;

2 cups flour, 2/3 cup sugar,1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 1/2 cups fresh almonds, sliced ,3-4 eggs,1/2 cup milk,1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

 

How to make muffin ;
1. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. many many sugar ^^

2. Add chocolate chip; stir to coat evenly.

3. In a small bowl beat eggs with fork; beat in milk and melted butter.

4. Add to almondtexture; stir just until blended (but make sure all egg white is mixed in).

5.Use double paper liners in muffin cups and divide batter evenly to make 12 muffins.

6. Bake in preheated 400° degree F. oven about 20-25 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7. Cool slightly and remove from muffin tins to cooling rack.

I am reminded of Frank zappa's "muffin man". Frank zappa is famous for" happy together"...

He was called 'the truly incredible extraordinary musician in the music history'.
(well, I would call him like that)
His performance was so wide that he played as a movie director, video sequencing, theatre also participated in politics.(wow... that far.....lol). In addition to this he showed his musical knowledge from classic, rock, blues to jazz which he experimented many different nature of music.
We cannot miss out his freaky idea about his style which made this musician more memorable and unusual character in the music history. He even recorded one of his albums with comedians that it's called 'ComedyRock' and the album is released in 1971 called 'The Mothers'.
He also got a lot of black comedy while he was suffering from financial issues, he copied porn tapes and got caught which he had to spend sometime in jail....
The best part/ Highlight of his life is...He Stood for Presidential Election.
I like his idea how he was unrestrained from the world and made his life & music the way
he wanted to grab and created arts ...
